Riyadh: The Demois Business School successfully organized D-MAN Fest 2025, Saudi Arabia’s first international management festival, showcasing outstanding performances in leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking. The event, aimed at promoting managerial competence among students, featured a series of competitive activities reflecting real-world business challenges.
The fest was inaugurated by corporate trainer Syed Masood Ali Naqvi, while cost management accountant and entrepreneur Haris delivered the keynote address. Business coach Ibrahim Subhan conveyed his greetings to the participants.

Speaking on the occasion, Salmanul Faris C, Dean of Demois Business School and Chairperson of the fest, noted that the initiative is designed to bridge academic learning with practical industry exposure. “Through activities such as business quizzes, marketing simulations, financial planning sessions, product presentations, and advertising challenges, students gain insight into the fundamental workings of the business sector,” he said.

Students from eight international schools, representing India, Pakistan, the Philippines, and other expatriate communities, took part in the event. Competitions were built around themes such as crisis management, marketing strategy development, entrepreneurship, and idea presentation.
Winners in various categories included Rehan Siddiqui, Ayan Kirmani, Ashes Qazi, Imran Jalal, and Syed Jawariya Fatima. Trophies and certificates were awarded to all winners at the closing ceremony. The event marked a significant step in fostering management aptitude and practical business awareness among young learners in the Kingdom.
