Riyadh: Alif International School celebrates its 15th anniversary under the theme “15 Illuminating Years.” Ali Abdulrahman, chairman of the Alif Group of Schools, formally kicked off the celebrations.
Alif School was founded in Riyadh in 2009 with a focus on value-based education, and it has since expanded to include the Alif Global Residential School in Kozhikode and the Alif Virtual School for foreign students in 2019. The school, located on Ghassan Street in Batha, Riyadh, provides programs from Kindergarten to Grade 10, following the CBSE syllabus and integrating current technologies to boost student development.
As part of the celebrations, Alif will award scholarships to 15 needy students and Riyadh instructors who have completed 15 years of outstanding service. The festivities will feature a book fair, literary debates, Alifian Talks, a Digi Fest focusing on AI and coding, a Science Expo, a GK Mega Quiz, an inter-school football tournament, Lingo Dramatics for English skills, and Mom Fest for moms.
The activities are intended to encourage scientific and creative talents among students. Alif graduates studying at international colleges will also participate in a “Alumni Talk,” while professional and business experts will share their thoughts at the Alif Gala and Expert Talks. These efforts aim to assist pupils toward a more focused future.
The celebrations will run until January 17, 2025, with participation from Alif Group of Schools CEO Luqman Ahmad and Principal Muhammad Mustafa.
